Anything you share is kept confidential and I respect your experience of it.  There is no judgment as I know you are doing the best you can with what you have, and together we will explore options that make sense and best support you in attaining your goals.

I believe everyone has within them the answers they need.  Sometimes, we just need a little help finding them, which is where I come in.  I won't be telling you what you should or shouldn't do.  Rather, we'll partner in looking at your thoughts, the situations in your life and work on processes that empower you in your choices.

I encourage you to pay what you can afford and feel the time is worth to you.  It is important that you make a tangible investment in yourself, so I request a minimum donation of $20 per hour but beyond that, it's up to you.  This is the only service I offer that does not have a set fee so it can be available to more people but ask that you also respect what I am offering to you.
