• National Mill Dog Rescue - On a mission to save dogs that would otherwise be killed when they are no longer a profitable breeding machine for the mill operators. Over 10,000 dogs saved to date.

• Much Love Dog Rescue - The organization that rescued my "dog-ter" Curie. She's my best furry friend with a heart of gold.

• Ananda Los Angeles - A wonderful spiritual community, founded in the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.

• Duolingo - A fun way to learn a new language. I've always struggled with languages but they make it (relatively) easy by slowly increasing the difficulty of exercises and using lots of repetition, along with a variety of characters that pop up to cheer you on.
